Certifications: NSCA-CSCS, USA Weightlifting Level 2, (CF-L3)

Marcus has spent over a decade building programs that turn everyday members into stronger, more capable versions of themselves. Before stepping into the head coach role, he spent six years coaching collegiate athletes, where he developed a deep appreciation for periodization and long-term athletic development. That background shapes everything he does on the floor today โ€” every cycle is built with intention, not guesswork.

What sets Marcus apart is his ability to read a room. He can walk into a class of twenty and know within minutes who needs a technical cue, who needs encouragement, and who just needs to be pushed a little harder. Members often say his energy is contagious, but itโ€™s his attention to detail โ€” the way he catches a hip shift on a squat from across the gym โ€” that keeps people coming back.

Outside the gym, Marcus mentors newer coaches on the team and leads the gymโ€™s quarterly programming reviews, making sure every class stays challenging, safe, and fun for members at every level.

Certifications: RYT-500, Certified Yin Yoga Teacher

Priya came to yoga through injury recovery, and that experience still shapes how she teaches today. She knows firsthand what itโ€™s like to need a practice that meets you where you are, not where you think you should be. Her classes blend strength-building flows with the kind of mobility work that keeps hard-training members moving well outside the gym, too.

Members love that her classes feel different depending on what the room needs that day โ€” sometimes a fast-paced vinyasa, sometimes a slower, breath-focused session built for recovery. Sheโ€™s especially popular with members coming off hard training blocks, since her sessions are designed to restore range of motion and calm the nervous system without losing the physical challenge.

Beyond teaching, Priya works with the coaching team to build mobility routines that complement the strength and conditioning programming, helping members stay injury-free and consistent for the long haul.

(CF-L2), CrossFit Weightlifting Trainer, CrossFit Gymnastics Trainer

Jordan grew up a competitive gymnast before finding CrossFit, and that gymnastics background shows up in every class โ€” few coaches can break down a kipping pull-up or a handstand progression as clearly as he can. Heโ€™s coached members from their very first workout all the way to their first competition podium, and he genuinely loves both ends of that journey equally.

His coaching style is high-energy but precise. Jordan is known for scaling workouts smartly rather than just making them easier, so every member gets a version of the workout that actually challenges them at their level. Heโ€™s also the coach members go to when theyโ€™re chasing a specific skill โ€” a muscle-up, a heavier snatch, a faster mile โ€” because heโ€™ll build them an actual plan to get there instead of just saying โ€œkeep trying.โ€

Jordan runs the gymโ€™s weekly skills clinics and helps organize in-house competitions, which have become one of the communityโ€™s favorite traditions each quarter.

Certifications: (PN2), (CNS), NASM Certified Nutrition Coach

Elena believes nutrition coaching should never feel like a diet โ€” it should feel like building a skill. After years of watching members crush their workouts but stall on results because their nutrition wasnโ€™t dialed in, she made it her mission to close that gap. Her approach blends behavior-change coaching with practical, no-nonsense guidance that fits into real, busy lives.

She specializes in helping members navigate the messy middle: the plateaus, the travel weeks, the birthday parties. Rather than handing out rigid meal plans, Elena teaches habits that stick โ€” portion awareness, protein targets, and how to build a plate that supports performance. Members frequently credit her one-on-one check-ins as the turning point where their training finally started paying off.

Elena also runs the gymโ€™s monthly nutrition workshops and works closely with the coaching staff to make sure fueling advice lines up with what members are doing in class, so the two never work against each other.
